Hi,

With regards to your question  and MO, yes, mapObjects is still around and so is ArcView 3.x . If you are doing programming and want to use Shapefiles only and not personal Geodatabase (mdb), then it is fine to use MO. Otherwize, than you have to go for the ArcGIS Engine.

Also look at the deployment licenses. Kalau awak nak buat programming untuk satu license sahaja, gunakan AV 9.x, lagi murah. Kalau 20 license then OK ...  :D
