Original question below. For any interested parties I can email a condensed version of all the replies I received. I received a whole slew of responses for this one. The general consensus was to turn off the virus scans of most Anti-Virus software's while using ESRI products(especially the projection utility wizard in AV 3.X). The best advice I received was to set up the virus scan to only scan download files from the Net, email and disk drives, this will not hinder speed while using data over your own network. Two anti-virus software's that got "bad reviews" were F-Prot & Command ORIGINAL QUESTION: I thought I remembered seeing something on these list serves about anti-virus software problems and ESRI products. I searched through the archives but found nothing. I am interested in any information on what others are using as an anti-virus software, problems, praise etc... We are running on NT SP 6, ESRI products include: ArcIMS 3.X, ArcGIS 8.X, ArcView 3.X. At this point we are leaning toward McAfee for NT Servers.
