Can he do one massive step that will > > look thru all project files on his machine for that improperly named > > folder and rename it to something that is correct? > We ended up bringing all of the .apr files into a text editor (in our case, Textpad). Then we did an Search, Replace and replaced the "more coverages" with the new folder name "more_cov". We were able to use the option "all documents" so that it replaced this in all of the open .apr and we didn't have to go thru them one at a time. This worked llike a charm. I recommend making a backup of your .apr files before doing this, just in case something happens.
