1.ArcView GIS/Avenue Developer's Guide by Amir H Razavi
2.ArcView GIS /Avenue Programmer's Reference by Amir H Razavi and
Velerie Warwick (includes about 100 sample scripts).

II)folder in the installed version of arcview assumung c: as default drive
C:\ESRI\AV_GIS30\ARCVIEW\Samples\scripts
