SUM

The question:
"The ArcView Projection Utility Wizard does not initialize.
The run process stop (or continue very very slow) in 50% ".

Solutions:
1. Disable virus scan. The Projection Utility will take a few minutes. Ok
for me!
2. "... try to run the utility without AV running, I have had better luck
this way.  Inherently, the utility is poor, I would suggest going to
http://www.mentorsoftwareinc.com/products/tralaine.htm ...". Not tested
