Greetings

The overwhelming response to my original question (below) was that you
can run both 3.2 and 8.1 on the same machine, even at the same time, but
you need Windows 2000 or NT and maybe other OS's but not Windows 98.
Also, 128 meg of RAM could cause some speed problems, but it can be
done.
