Thanks to so many who sent in nearly the same solution to my question = about how to generate Thiessen polygons in ArcView: download the script = (which creates an extension for these polys) provided on the Esri = scripts website. Someone else said that Spatial Analyst's 'Analysis - = Assign Proximity' menu will also accomplish this task, but I haven't yet = tried it. Karen Minkowski
