The program is called CAD2Shape, and costs $99. For more information, please visit the following link: http://www.rockware.com/catalog/pages/cad2shape.html Sincerely, Tom Meuzelaar 2.- Look for CADtools extension in arcscripts (http://gis.esri.com/arcscripts/details.cfm?CFGRIDKEY=-1595480566) This extension will save some time in your cad works. Try edit tools extension too, it s a powerful tool to edit themes. Rodrigo Souza Barneche 3.- Attached is Cadtools, useful for anyone who deals with AutoCad files- creates world files interactively(2 point move rotates a bit so I suggest taking the .shp boundary and converting it to a dwg for easier scaling and then bring the correctly sized autoCAD drawing into ArcView). txt2shp is useful for after you autolabel and make the labels the right size -use this to preserve the size for another project, xyz2xy is an extension I made from esri's xyz2xy script and tools has a convert shape to Cad button. (See attached file: Cadtools.avx)(See attached file: txt2shp.avx)(See attached file: xyz2xy.avx)(See attached file: tools.avx) http://www.guthcad.com.au/index.html at this site their is a demo to convert shp to CAD that I find worked quite well it only lets you do so many at a certain size then it will only allow you to convert smaller files (good for boundary's) I wanna thanks also to Bob Johnson for his suggestion!
